I've spent seven years at Pratt & Whitney Commercial Engines, currently in Maintenance Data & Service Engineering supporting Technical Publications within Publication Lifecycle Management. My work covers engineering changes, maintenance requirements, and the publications that carry them downstream into aftermarket and MRO operations, with regular exposure to engineering activity across 10 commercial engine programs.
Day to day, I manage turnaround, prioritization, and escalation for roughly 250 engineering changes per month, and coordinate large engineering-change deliveries across Engineering, Technical Publications, operations, suppliers, and customer-facing teams. I also own a $5M+ outsourced-services portfolio spanning 20+ global suppliers.
Most of that work involves taking a workflow that runs on email, spreadsheets, and tribal knowledge and turning it into a product people actually use. I lead those efforts end to end: discovery, requirements, solution design, MVP, UAT, rollout, adoption, and the metrics that follow.
Outside my day job, I founded RECLAIM, an AI product that helps small businesses find operational bottlenecks and estimate the cost of low-value work. I built it myself, which means I work directly with APIs, databases, OAuth, and LLMs rather than only specifying them.
The common thread is technical fluency applied to operations. I can sit between users, business stakeholders, and engineering, and be useful in all three conversations.
